I was able to build a house I wanted. I was given the experience of doing my own shopping around for what I wanted, instead of the usual builders telling you what taps, sinks and flooring etc, you had to have under their contract.

Phil and his crew, ensured I was happy and were accommodating to the best of their ability. The after build warranty has been great- any issues I had have been fixed with no questions.

RENOVATION

I just wanted to write to express to you how impressed we have been with the work you carried at our home.

Tim and your team have been very professional in your approach to the job we had done. At every stage we were communicated to regarding the work that has been done and what the next steps were. It was a very messy job with a lot of uncertainty regarding what needed to be done but Tim phoned me daily to keep me informed.

It was great to have a turn key approach, Tim organised everything, disposing of the waste, plastering, painting, concreting and electrical work which meant we didn’t have to worry about anything. 

The quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard and we were given various options when we were considering the outcome.

The job was completed on time and within budget. Please pass on my thanks to all who were involved.
